Dear family, friends and allies, sadly, due to some security issues, we lost ownership of the Helpful Facebook and Instagram accounts ❌

On the bright side, this inspired us to focus on our core concept First Aid for Feelings and to embrace it as our new brand and page and Instagram account using First Aid for Feelings ⛑👈
