I am a composer of the music that I invented several years ago. I wanted to create the music which would have the same effects like meditation does. Everyone should know the benefits of meditation by now, so the same thing I wanted to achieve with my compositions. After personal tragedy years ago, when my father died from all sorts of stress related diseases, I started to learn more and with my musical background and coursers with lots of well known professionals in meditation and music compositions, I invented Alphamusic. It's been another few years when I finally decided to share my music with the world. Now everyone can have the benefits of meditation without actually practicing it. All you need to do is to pick up the right composition from my collection and play it in the background whenever you need it and the benefits will follow.

Globally: About 10-30% of the population experiences insomnia symptoms. However, for some groups (e.g., older adults), the rate can reach as high as 50-60%.
In the U.S.: Approximately 1 in 3 adults reports experiencing insomnia symptoms occasionally, and around 10-15% of adults report chronic insomnia.

Gender Differences:
Women are more likely to experience insomnia than men. Hormonal changes (e.g., menstruation, pregnancy, menopause) are often linked to increased insomnia in women.

Age-Related:
Insomnia is more common in adults over 60, often due to health issues, medications, and changes in sleep patterns.

Impact on Mental Health:
Insomnia is strongly correlated with mental health issues: about 50% of people with insomnia also suffer from a mental health disorder, especially anxiety and depression.

Economic Impact:
In the U.S., insomnia is estimated to cost around $63 billion annually in lost productivity.

Chronic Insomnia:
Chronic insomnia, defined as insomnia lasting over three months, affects about 6-10% of adults and can have severe impacts on both physical and mental health.
