💙 Today is Blue Monday 💙 Often labelled the most depressing day of the year.

Is it a clinical diagnosis? No.
But for many people, this time of year genuinely feels heavier.

The holidays are over.
The days are still short.
Motivation can dip.
And the reality of routines, responsibilities, and emotional backlog can quietly settle in.

You might notice Blue Monday energy if today feels:

🔵 Harder to focus or stay motivated
🔵 A bit lonelier, even if nothing specific is “wrong”
