Sometimes the loudest voice we hear is our own mind... telling us things won’t get better, that we’re stuck, that there’s no way forward.

But thoughts aren’t always truth… they’re often shaped by fear, past experiences, or overwhelm.

Hope doesn’t always feel big or obvious. Sometimes it’s quiet. Subtle. Just a small part of you that’s still willing to keep going 🕊️

Thoughts on repeat, overthinking every situation, a constant low level anxiety… it can feel like your mind is stuck in overdrive.

Give it some space to slow down today with this 2-minute reset:

1. Take a slow breath in through your nose for 4 seconds…
2. Hold for 2…
3. Then exhale slowly through your mouth for 6
4. Repeat this 5 times

This signals safety to your nervous system and gently brings your mind out of overthinking and back into calm 😌

That’s where calm begins 🕊️

But constantly consuming news, overthinking, or imagining worst-case scenarios can leave your nervous system stuck in a state of stress.

The truth is, not everything is within our control, but how we respond is.

Here are a few gentle ways to ground yourself during these turbulent times:

1️⃣ Limit your input: Take breaks from news and social media when it starts to feel overwhelming.

2️⃣ Come back to the present: Focus on what’s in front of you—your breath, your body, your surroundings.
