🌼 A Lovely Day at Brunswick Nursery! 🌼

Langdon House Care Home was delighted to be invited to volunteer at Brunswick Nursery, and what a wonderful experience it was!

Our residents enjoyed arts and crafts with the children, lots of socialising, and even shared some homemade biscuits that the children made for us 🍪💬

We then all came together to sing nursery rhymes, with the fantastic nursery nurses making sure to choose songs everyone knew and loved 🎶❤️

It was a truly special intergenerational activity, and everyone benefited from the smiles, laughter, and shared moments.
We will definitely be doing this again soon! 😊✨

We had some very special visitors for our Burns Night celebrations! 🥰
The gorgeous Highland cows from crazy critters came through our care home and absolutely made our day. Our residents were truly chuffed seeing them up close 🐮❤️

We were then enchanted by Roy on the bagpipes 🎶👏 filling the home with true Scottish spirit. Of course, no Burns Night would be complete without haggis, tatties and shortbread enjoyed by all 😋

It was lovely to welcome members of the community and local children too – such a special event bringing everyone together 💙

🎉 Burns Night at Langdon House Care Home 🎉
Join us on Sunday 25th January from 10.00am, for a fun-filled 'Burns Night' celebration for all ages! Enjoy the sound of a traditional piper, a very special visit from some adorable Highland cows, plus refreshments and arts & crafts for children.

Everyone is welcome - we’d love to celebrate with you! 🥳🐮🎶

On Sundays we gather in the conservatory for our church service from St Andrew’s 🌿⛪
