As the festive season is in full swing can you please bare the following in mind when approaching your appointment.

Please do your best to be on time, I am super busy and cannot afford to run late. Even 5-10 minutes late may result in a full cancellation and incur 100% payment of the treatment.

Try not to move your already booked appointment! Things happen, we all need to rearrange now and again. However I have had lots of clients moving their already booked appointment.
This is super frustrating, as I have turned people away as I was fully booked when they asked.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment leading up to Christmas will incure a 50% charge of the whole treatment, and I sadly probably won't be able to squeeze you back in.
