Feeling a little out of sync this January? You’re not alone 💛

After festive lie-ins, late nights and disrupted routines, getting back into “real life” can feel like a shock to the system. No wonder those early mornings feel extra tough!

Your body runs on a 24-hour circadian rhythm – your internal clock that controls sleep, energy, mood and focus. When it’s in sync, everything feels easier. When it’s not, groggy mornings and restless nights can occur😴

You can gently reset your rhythm using 3 powerful cues: Light, food and movement.

Small habits, big impact!✨

Your guide to the winter blues (and SAD!) 💙

The winter blues are something many of us feel - lower energy, low motivation, earlier evenings and that “just not myself” feeling, when the days are shorter and light is limited.

But there’s also Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a more intense and clinical form of seasonal depression.
While the winter blues might make you feel a bit flat, SAD can impact mood, sleep, appetite and daily life in a much bigger way.

Both are linked to reduced daylight, which affects our body clock, energy and mood.
The good news? There are things that can help, like getting bright light in the morning, spending time outdoors, keeping a steady routine and creating softer evenings to support sleep.

If you’re feeling it this year, you’re not alone and small, supportive habits can make a real difference 💙
