Had the best, most luxurious and indulgent treatment today. Been needing it for a long long long time!!! Loving my lymph and walking my talk.

Nic is amazing at what she does and I was in very knowledgeable very capable and very skilled hands today. Can’t thank her enough.

Some of my own ‘side effects’ from today’s treatment:

Earlier in the week I shared some incredible Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage results… and yes, they were amazing 🥰🤩✨

I’ve had so many enquiries and interest so I felt I needed to say something important.

Those dramatic “after” photos are not always the exact outcome for every single body, every single time.

Happy Twelfth Night my loves ✨

Now the holidays are over and we all slip back into routine, it can sometimes feel like a lot all at once. Kids back at school, work picking up again, before we know it we are back in the throws of rushing and fussing and overwhelm is knocking on the door once again !!!

This is because even the nicest time away can leave us tired in ways we don’t always notice straight away, especially if we’ve been constantly amongst people, places and things.

This is your reminder that easing back in matters.
You don’t have to snap straight back into productivity or “normal”.
Your body and nervous system need a moment to catch up.

Gentle mornings.
Slower evenings.
A little more kindness with yourself as everything finds its rhythm again.

For me, I’m aiming to keep that steady but slower pace for a while yet. There is some availability left for Thursday morning and Saturday morning this week if you feel the call to make some time for you. Much love, Sam 💖💛✨

As we step into a new year, I just want to take some time to say thank you 💖💛✨

To every client who has walked through my door in Citrine, trusted me with their time, their body, their wellbeing — I’m hugely grateful and you’ve all made your mark 🙏🏼✨

This time of year can feel hopeful for some, heavy for others, or somewhere inbetween for most I expect. If you’re moving forward gently, that’s enough. If you’re resting, recalibrating, or simply getting through — that matters too.

My wish for the year ahead is to make more time to be present, more permission to take care of ourselves in ways that actually feel supportive & living life our own way, slowly, consciously, not rushed, forced, or performative. 💖✨

Thank you for being here, for supporting my work and small business and for choosing moments of care for yoursevles when you can. And if January calls for a little extra softness, space, or support, that’s always welcome here.

That’s a wrap - well actually yesterday was a wrap but you know!!! What better time than a two week Christmas break to get my new tattoo.

In memory of my very dear friend Jim 🙏🏼 and my dear friend Janet. Both massive influences on my life. Miss and love them both 🙏🏼❤️✨

Anyways my loves have the best Christmas time, let go of expectations and may you find your peace and may you find your centre and may you find the thing you need to get you through 💖💛✨
