After 5 years in practice, I’m finally submitting for the Senior Hypnotherapist title with the GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register) the professional body I’m proudly registered with.

I’ve actually exceeded the client hours and casework required, but only just realised I never submitted the paperwork 😅

And in the process, I discovered some shiny letters I should’ve added to my name a while ago…
GQHP 💫

That stands for General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice, awarded by the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).

It means I’m recognised as a fully qualified practitioner who meets national standards for professional training, ethics, and safe practice.

Small letters — big meaning.
Proud to keep growing, learning, and doing the work I love. ❤️

When in Rome… 🤌🏼🇮🇹🍕🍷

I often remind my clients: Rome wasn’t built in a day - and neither were you.
Transformation takes time… and so does truly soaking in this city!

This is my third visit to Rome, and you’d think I’d have learned by now that 4 days is never enough. It’s been gorgeous - but be warned: July in Rome is hot, hectic, and especially busy this year thanks to the Jubilee.

Don’t worry, not switching to a travel influencer, but some tips to keep your mental wellbeing in check (and avoid the crowds):

💙 Do a sunrise walk
By 11am, most tourist spots are packed and the heat kicks in. Sunrise today was at 5:47am - we were at the Spanish Steps then and had the whole place to ourselves. By 6am, the Trevi Fountain was already buzzing. Head from there to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona while it’s still cool and quiet. It’s magic.

💙 Book queue-jump tickets for the Vatican
With the Jubilee doors open, queues are enormous even first thing. There’s a Vatican café experience you can book from 7:45am, it gets you in before opening hours, and then into the museums after. Worth it.

💙 Tour the Colosseum properly
Book a guided walking tour that includes access to the arena floor and skip-the-line entry to the Roman Forum. So much more immersive, and far less waiting around in the sun.

💙 Spend an evening in Trastevere
This neighbourhood has a soul of its own. Wander the cobbled streets, stop in a trattoria, and end the night in Trilussa Square where there’s live music and street performers every evening.

💙 Or… maybe just avoid July altogether 😅

The Eternal City really is something special, chaotic, historic, and completely unforgettable. ❤️

With skinny jabs like Ozempic making all the headlines, I’ve been sharing a gentler, mind-led approach in this week’s Woman’s Own

If you’re feeling the pressure to ‘fix’ your body before summer, or just want to regain a sense of control over your cravings and thoughts - you don’t have to resort to extreme measures.

In the article, I talk about simple subconscious tools I use with clients every day - from my ‘five-minute shift’ technique to food mantras that rewire your habits from the inside out.

This isn’t about restriction or shame. It’s about reconnecting with your mind, your body, and your power.

Thank you to Woman’s Own for spotlighting an approach that’s as much about self-trust as it is about self-control.

A gorgeous day at Wimbledon yesterday courtesy of the wonderful from 🎾🌸

Forever grateful for days like these - where work, wellness, and a glass of Pimm’s meet on Centre Court.

Let’s be honest, I was entirely there for the strawberries and cream… but I do love the British Summer calendar of quintessentially British events.

Grateful my work allows me the freedom to meet incredible people, and the flexibility to weave in some well needed joy - even around the overwhelming Summer holiday juggle ☀️🍓

Mallorca 🇪🇸✨ Third time lucky…

My past two trips here didn’t exactly go to plan.
The first time, I broke my foot.
The second, my phone was stolen - along with £20k from my account.
So yes… saying I was anxious to go back is an understatement. I mean they say things happen in threes, right? 😂

But this time was different.

This time we had a mix of yacht life combined with a little exploration discovering little boutique gems around the island - switching it up a little made it a different trip and gave me something I didn’t expect.

It rewired me.

Here’s how:
Every time we revisit a place where we’ve experienced pain or fear - and have a new, positive experience - we begin to overwrite the old neural pathways associated with that memory.

The brain learns: this place isn’t unsafe anymore.

This is one way how we heal.
This is neuroplasticity in real time.

It shows us we’re not defined by the past. We’re allowed to create new endings.

And this trip did exactly that and gave me a new love for Mallorca, so grateful for every single part of it💛🥂

Sharing a little glimpse of my time there 📸

Day 5 at Royal Ascot 🎩✨ A celebration of tradition, style, and some seriously fabulous headwear.

A huge thank you to .mylch for the beautiful invitation and hospitality, and to for getting us there just in time (despite the Saturday madness). It was the hottest day of the week, and I braved a powder blue ensemble - slightly out of my comfort zone - topped off with a hat from that nearly took out a few fellow guests.

A gorgeous day with gorgeous people. I left slightly down on money (turns out picking horses based on their names isn’t a winning formula)… but definitely up on wonderful connections and new friends. ✨

I had the most amazing Saturday morning at Soho Mews House, a talk but a hypnosis that was a little different … and it was powerful.

I guided a full room through a live transformational hypnosis session - integrating techniques from my new signature method for the first time. This blend of subconscious rewiring, inner child upgrade, and future self activation created something truly special.

The group were open, curious, and asked the most thoughtful questions. The energy in the room was electric - and the feedback has been incredible.

Thank you to everyone who joined and trusted me to take you on this journey inward.

This is just the beginning…

Why do so many women struggle to say “I don’t know”?

I was delighted to be interviewed in this week, exploring why admitting uncertainty can feel so uncomfortable - especially for high-achieving women.

We often unconsciously link not knowing with not being enough. But here’s the truth:
Saying “I don’t know” is not weakness. It’s wisdom.
It’s curiosity. It’s confidence.
And it’s a radical act of authenticity in a world that rewards constant performance.

In the piece, I share why this is so deeply rooted in our subconscious conditioning, and how we can begin to shift it, so our worth is no longer tied to having all the answers.

Had the best time recording on the Podcast yesterday with the inspirational Laura Comfort — a total powerhouse in the world of biohacking. She is evidence that age really is just a number - a long held belief of mine!

We went deep. Covered everything from mental resilience to hormonal health, performance, sleep, and the link between longevity and the subconscious mind. I could’ve spoken to her for hours — so much alignment in how we both approach wellbeing from the inside out.

Recording coming soon — watch this space.

March, you were a whirlwind—and I loved every second.

The month kicked off with me barely able to speak (laryngitis and hypnotherapy: not the dream duo), but it turned out to be one of the most energising and periods both professionally and personally.

With a full client calendar and a two-week waitlist, I’ve also had the privilege of being part of some truly special moments, from leading live hypnosis experiences to sharing space with inspiring women, published press articles —and even sneaking in a sky-high date night.

Swipe through for some of my favourite highlights from a month that reminded me just how good life can be when you’re in flow.

You can’t change your life with mindset work alone — not if your subconscious believes otherwise.

For years, we’ve been told that success is all about mindset.
Think positive. Stay focused. Hustle harder.
And while mindset can move the needle, here’s something we’re not talking about enough:
You can’t out-think a subconscious pattern.
Your conscious mind — the part that sets goals and makes vision boards — is responsible for just 5% of your daily actions.
The other 95%? That’s the subconscious. It’s where your deep-rooted beliefs, emotional imprints and automatic behaviours live.
So if you’re doing all the “right” things, but still feel stuck in cycles of burnout, perfectionism or procrastination — it’s not because you’re not trying hard enough.
It’s because your internal wiring hasn’t caught up.

This is where subconscious reprogramming changes everything.
In my practice, I work with high-performing individuals — CEOs, founders, creatives — who are brilliant on paper, but privately battling inner blocks.

We don’t just talk about the problem. We go to the source of it. And more often than not, it started years — even decades — ago.

The good news?

The brain is beautifully plastic. Once you access the subconscious, you can rewire it — gently and powerfully.

So instead of pushing yourself to be confident, you feel confident.

Instead of forcing focus, you flow.

And instead of repeating the same stress cycles, you break free from them — for good.
Because the real upgrade isn’t just mindset.
It’s subconscious alignment.
