Christèle places a huge emphasis on core strength, form and posture, which are all essential for everyday life. She incorporates a variety of fitness disciplines to her training styles such as high intensity Circuit Training, Barre and Pilates…all with contagious energy and music which makes the challenging workout addictive and fun. Along with her workouts, Christèle is a huge advocate of clean eating and provides in-home nutrition guidance and daily motivation to help clients stay on track.
