A Mindful morning ritual is very powerful.
The way you start your day, often indicates how you will end your day.
Create a moment in the morning to set yourself up for an intentional great day -
🏅 Do a morning Mindful Breath meditation .
🏅 Have a warm cup up your favourite drink.
🏅 If possible get some sun exposure. It is a natural physiological wake-up call for the body
Also
🚫 Avoid social media and electronic devices for at least 10 to 30 minutes on waking.
