Who holds us everyday and offers unconditional love

Gives us the seasons, the lessons of death and renewal

My Women's Circles are changing slightly.

Moving to sleepy Sunday's, now two hours, and following the wheel of the year.

After two years at Treknow in its current format, it now feels right to move and evolve.

Following the wheel of the year more closely over the last few years, it really connects and grounds me to the land.

I notice I can embrace and enjoy the shifting seasons, not only externally but they match my inner landscape too.

I am really excited to share these sessions with you, at our first one, Beltane, we will be celebrating mid spring and the shift towards summer.

You'll be noticing the abundant energy around you and also having more energy yourself.

The relaxing morning will be full of gentle meditations, creating your own flower and herb bundle, and a sharing circle with other like-minded women.

These circles always leave you feeling reconnected to yourself and building connections with others in your community too.

Fight, flight and freeze πŸ’₯

What does it mean?

These are normal states of our nervous system. However in modern life we can find that we are spending more time in fight, flight or freeze, than we actually are with a calm nervous system.

This releases stress hormones that over time are not good for the body!

You might feel anxious, depressed, fear, frustrated, worried, hopeless or even numb.

This can also show up in the body as tension in the neck, back and shoulders, interrupted sleep, busy minds, IBS, along with other symptoms.

I can help you to gradually release stored stress and tension from your body.

I'll give you simple tools that help your nervous system relax. So you can start spending more time happy, calm and grounded - than in fight, flight or freeze.

Ostara 🌼 Spring Equinox

Can you feel the energy rising?

Spring bulbs bloom, trees bud and animals awake from their slumber (including us!).

This is the new beginning, forward movement. A shift from the yin restful winter to the yang of spring and summer.

How do you want to move forward this year?

The new moon joins us this Equinox, which is also about setting new intentions and renewal.
