I've been connecting to the water element 💦

Like the river, the currents of our emotions ebb and flow.

Water is a feminine energy, it can flow, be still, can be deep and mysterious.

It's our emotions that help us feel, reflect and dream 🔮

The banks of the rivers are masculine energy, without them the water would flood over the banks. Emotions also need boundaries and structure.

Water represents the ying and yang. Masc and Fem that we all have within us no matter your gender.

Giving us our ability to feel, for introspection, to move around obstacles, have great depth and darkness but also glimmer and dance in the light 🏞

Trauma Release Sessions ✨

Life really does throw a lot at us. We can get stuck in fight, flight or freeze states.

In my sessions, I teach you how to signal to your nervous system that you're safe. We release stress, trauma and cortisol from the muscles in your body, using stress release points.

Gradually, your body learns it can live more in the calm, relaxed, happy nervous system state.

You learn how to regulate yourself, your body will thank you. Life can get colourful again.

It's gentle work, no rushing, at your pace, with love and compassion.

We are mid winter ❄️

This isn't the time to start all the new years resolutions, diets, exercise, hussle.

If you're exhausted, behind on your goals, know you're not failing. You're not broken.

You're existing in a system that does not allow rest and support during the time of the year that we (nature) is hibernating.

This is the time for reflection, dreaming, manifesting ✨️

Then spring is the time of creation, action and the rising of energy 🌱

This is your reminder that we are still in the depths of winter.

The body needs more rest than usual... but the mind gently turns to consider the seeds it will plant in Spring.

Despite what we're told, January isn't about action.

It's the womby depth of winter. Why would great action ever start in one of the coldest, darkest months?

We nerd rest, nourishment, to withdraw, go inwards.

We are still in the Chinese year of the snake 🐍 for another month.

Another month of shedding. Considering what seeds do we not want to re-sow in spring.

When the spring energy starts to build in a couple of months, what do we not want to be wasting our energy on?

And what are the actual things we want to love and nurture for the rest of the year?

The first Women's Circle of 2026 will cover all of this.

Rest, restore, reflect and make intentions.

No great actions. Intuitively working out our true desires, in sisterhood 💕

Wolf moon 🌕

Full moons are always about shedding what no longer serves us.

Year of the snake is not over yet, and there is still time to shed some skins 🐍

I'm taking time this winter to declutter my life, space and mind.

I've unsubscribed from all the emails, donating clothes I haven't worn in ages and tidying visual clutter that stops me from completely relaxing.

How could you declutter your life this winter? ❄️

It isn't about starting the year strong and going in hard.

It's about gradually cleansing your life to give you more physical and mental space.

Are there thought patterns or relationships that are stagnant and no longer require your energy?

Are you holding onto stuff for too long in case it's useful one day?

What are you stressed or anxious about? What would help you feel better about that?

These are some of the questions I'm asking myself.

When spring begins in a few months, I want to start the new year free from as much physical and emotional baggage as possible 🌱

You've tried talking therapy, you've listened to all the self-help podcasts, now it's time to release and heal through the body.

Life is stressful, full of little things that add to our mental load everyday.

Over time this builds up until we find ourselves operating in such a stressed state it becomes the norm.

Your body is stuck in a stress response. You struggle to sleep, you feel tired and tense, and you find it hard to connect with others.

This is what you are living through right now. And imagine the effect that has on your body over a lifetime.

We weren't designed to live in this modern world. It's not your fault, we weren't ever taught how to self-regulate.

We weren't taught how to calm and soothe our nervous system.

Instead stress and trauma build up over days, months, years. And we don't know how to release it from our bodies.

That is where I can help. As a Trauma Release Practitioner I work:

- At a gentle pace that suits you
- To show you the tools to reset your nervous system
- To tell you the science of why this works
- To help you release the built up stress and trauma stored in the body
