Fight, flight and freeze π₯
What does it mean?
These are normal states of our nervous system. However in modern life we can find that we are spending more time in fight, flight or freeze, than we actually are with a calm nervous system.
This releases stress hormones that over time are not good for the body!
You might feel anxious, depressed, fear, frustrated, worried, hopeless or even numb.
This can also show up in the body as tension in the neck, back and shoulders, interrupted sleep, busy minds, IBS, along with other symptoms.
I can help you to gradually release stored stress and tension from your body.
