Our very own Will, Cal and Phill will be hitting the green as a three-ball at the Friends of Bude Sea Pool Charity Golf Day on Friday, August 29th!

They're excited to play their part in raising money for this fantastic local charity, which does so much for our community. This day is not only to raise money for Bude Sea Pool, but to honour the life of Gill Canon, a passionate supporter, who sadly passed away in 2023.

We were honoured to give Gill a wonderful send off, so to support something in her memory is an amazing opportunity for us.

Our friends at R J Bray & Son Funeral Directors have brought to everyone's attention that Pure Cremation have been doing leaflet drops.

We offer two 'Direct Cremation' Packages:
🕊️ Dove Package - £1250
This is fully inclusive of everything needed for your loved one, such as bringing them into our care 24 hours a day, a coffin, and conveying them to either Glynn Valley Crematorium, or North Devon Crematorium - rather than Andover (which many people don't realise)

🦋 Butterfly Package - £1850
This package includes everything stated above, plus allowing you as a family to hold a small farewell service at one of our Chapels, listen to some music, and share memories without the formality of a Church or Crematorium service.

For those who like to be organised, we also offer these packages through Pre-Paid Funeral Plans, which will add an additional £325 administration fee from our plan provider. 📝

Comparing this to Pure Cremation's leaflet, just goes to show that this large national company aren't necessarily as cheap and simple as they seem! 🤷‍♂️💰
