I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that sponsored me to take part in this year's MOK 10k run.
I ran in memory of our son John, and all proceeds will go to a local mental health charity, The Kintyre Link Club.
I raised almost Β£550! Amazing! I really appreciated all your support, especially Kirsty, who has been a great support during training and finally my lovely husband, Gerry, I couldn't have done it without both your support. πŸ₯°πŸ«‚πŸ«‚

Anyone want to try this, or for those already done do it again! ?
