I recently completed my KCR training course.

What is KCR?
​Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a simple yet extremely effective system of medically recognised and approved series of gentle mobilisations and stretches developed by Scottish Physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert, that brings the physical body back into balance quickly and easily, frequently providing a high degree of relief and even instant resolution in many cases from the pain and discomfort caused by conditions such as:

Chronic Back Pain
Fibromyalgia
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Migraine Headaches
Teeth Clenching/grinding
Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS)
Chronic neck pain
Plantar Fasciitis
Chronic Stress
Menstrual Pain

❗️ New Cancellation Policy ❗️

Due to the recent increase in late cancellations I am now having to set cancellation policy to protect my business.
I completely understand that sometimes sickness or unfortunate events happen without notice but late cancellation appointments can be extremely hard to fill.

Any Cancellation with less than 24hrs notice are subject to cancellation fee of 50% of appointment cost.

FUNCTIONAL CUPPING - integrate vacuum cupping with functional movement patterns!

Today my client feel restricted in alot of her movements. She trains mostly through strength training at the gym so I thought we could use the movements she would perform in the gym in today's session to try and loosen some of that fascia. The hope is to increase range in restricted tissue and improve range of motion.

Cups also have a tendency to pop off if any air gets inside cup🫠

Absolutely loved this course . Can't wait to integrate my learned stretches or use it as a stand alone stretch treatment...

In June, I completed a 2 day course on pelvic health. This course was an amazing course. Suffering myself from pelvic floor issues after pregnancy, i completely understand the difficulties due to pelvic dysfunction, this being one of the reason I wanted to do this course. The course provided me with valuable knowledge that will allow me to apply soft tissue techniques to the pelvic area, thighs and abdomen.
