Bracelet making workshops!!! Back by popular demand!!!
We had such a lot of fun a few years ago and a few people have asked me when I’m going to do it again, so I thought I’d arrange something before Xmas!!!

I think we are all awaiting the arrival of the sun, warm and balmy days that we can relax and take it easy. While you wait I have a few special offers for June to get you ready for summer.

Hopi Ear Candles - hollow candles are inserted into the ears and burnt, creating a vacuum that helps to remove wax and aids congestion in ears & sinuses. This is a really relaxing treatment. I always have this treatment done before a holiday flight as I find it helps to prevent the blocked and painful ears that I used to suffer from. Normally costs £25, June special £20

We did a little experiment today at our monday singing bowl meditation to see how the vibrations affected water.
Take a look at the video’s attached to see how the water is energised and the beautiful patterns made.
When we consider that our bodies are made up of a very large percentage of water it is therefore not surprising how the sound of the bowls energises, harmonises and balances our energies.
I hold a singing bowl meditation monday mornings at my home. Places are limited to seats on my sofa so please call for more details or you can always book for an individual singing bowl bath treatment where you are bathed in the sound energies. Message me for more details or to book xx

SINGING BOWL MEDITATIONS -STARTING MONDAY 6th Feb

Would you enjoy a few moments of peace and tranquillity to start your week after a busy weekend?

Guided Singing Bowl Meditations to be held on a weekly basis on Mondays at 10am. Up until quite recently these bowls were only heard within monasteries in Tibet. We are now recognise that the bowls attune to the body’s vibrational make-up and have a harmonising effect upon our whole being. Allow the sounds of the singing bowls to create order in the chaos caused by the negative vibrations of life.

NO NEED TO BOOK!!!

Just turn up at 8 Ducketts Mead from 9.45am (ready for 10am start).
Sessions last 1 hour.

OCTOBER SPECIAL!!!

One nice thing about this colder weather is that we can now actually relax and enjoy a nice Hot Stone Massage.
This is a lovely treatment where hot volcanic stones are used in the palms of the therapists hands to massage the client.
For centuries we have known that heat can help our pain. We instinctively run a hot bath or reach for a hot water bottle to help all our aches and pains.
The warmth from the stones pe*****te deep into the muscle soothing the body and calming the mind.
