Job Summary:
We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home HEALTH care company. The ideal candidate will have a general nursing background and at least a level 5 in adult social care (or be willing to get one).
You will need to be willing to be CQC registered.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the home health care's operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans and risk assessment with regular reviews. These will be completed using our in-house and state-of-the-art technology.
- Managing a team of caregivers to deliver outstanding, person-centred care to clients.
- Contributing to the ever-changing policies, inductions, cultural programmes, and mentorship of junior carers.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care for clients regardless of whether it is a complex medical need or a small change in health condition.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and making adjustments as needed.
- Handling administrative tasks such as budget management, staff scheduling, and reporting in a timely manner.
- Communicate with all members of our team and clients professionally and collaboratively.

Experience:
- Strong background in senior care, including expertise in dementia care practices would be ideal
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for CQC
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.

This is a growing team with lots of opportunities for professional growth. This role will require you to have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle due to the nature of the role.
This role may start as part-time or could be started with full-time hours (we are flexible for the right candidate).
The focused areas will be Blackburn and Darwen and also the Pendle Borough area. An office will be located in Blackburn. The service also functions in the Staffordshire, Black Country, and Birmingham areas and may on occasion require travel to the head office located in Cannock. Alternatively, if you are located in the West Midlands, you could work from the head office and travel to Lancashire.
Pay is commensurate with experience with opportunity for annual bonus and pay increases based on performance.
