STATEMENT
🧡FROM THE DIRECTORS OF P.S WE CARE🧡
⬇️
Following the incident that arose from a social event outside of work and was subsequently discussed on social media, we took immediate steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our community. One such measure was to have our staff wear their own clothes, with identification lanyards, instead of their usual uniforms. This decision was made out of an abundance of caution, to safeguard our clients and staff amidst the situation.
We are pleased to inform you that, thanks to the reassurances we have received from the police and our legal team, along with our proactive communication with all our clients, we are now returning to our standard practices. Our staff will resume wearing their PS We Care uniforms. We understand the importance of normality and consistency, especially in the services we provide, and we hope this transition back has not caused any unsettlement among our clients.
Furthermore, with the reassurances that have been provided to us, we are reinstating our page. This decision reflects our confidence in the security measures we have in place and our commitment to open and positive communication with our community.
It is important to clarify that the discussions on social media were related to an event that occurred outside of our professional environment and did not involve our business operations. The incident was thoroughly documented by CCTV, which has been crucial in clarifying the facts of the matter.
Additionally, we wish to address recent concerns raised regarding our involvement in the incident and the dissemination of false information on social media. We want to reassure you that the CCTV footage confirms that neither Stefan nor Sophie were involved in the incident. Additionally, the post circulated on Facebook contained inaccuracies regarding our participation.
We want to assure you that throughout this period, our focus has remained steadfast on the safety, care, and comfort of our clients and staff. We are grateful for your understanding and continued trust in PS We Care. Our team is here to address any concerns you may have and to ensure that our services continue to meet your expectations.
The support we have received has been amazing Thank you for your support and understanding during this time. We look forward to moving forward together, strengthened by our shared commitment to care and community.
Kind regards,
Sophie and Stefan Directors, PS We Care 🧡
