Heading into August with only 8 slots currently available.

I will be booking new clients into September. These spaces will be kept for those already accessing my service but please be quick as I imagine they will be booked by the end of next week and I cannot create anymore slots, I am running at my full capacity (with time off for music festival and daughters birthday).

I have had to reschedule my appointments today unfortunately and it isn't something I do easily but unfortunately, the cough that I had all of last week while away is still lingering and left my voice a little hoarse too. Everyone I have reschedule was super understanding and one, a little upset which I completely understand as you take time out for these appointments and then plans change, it can be frustrating but unfortunately, unavoidable too.

A Hypnotherapist working with a cough and a hoarse voice would be the equivalent to;

A hairdresser with blunt scissors.
A chef without seasonings.
A dog walkers on crutches.

You can still do the job but just not a very good one.

Can you think of anymore examples?

I really hope that a day of resting my voice/throat today will set me up nicely for the rest of my busy week.

Time to catch up on more admin..

My Grandma turns 90 this weekend!! She has been in The Manor for the last 2 weeks really poorly and we didn't think she would be coming out or make her big birthday but it is looking more likely now ❤️ So, this means I now need a white iced fruit cake last minute...

Can you tag in any cake makers you know and recommend who might be able to help me please.

Hiya...

Just checking in from Cornwall, weather here very up and down (unlike Cornwall in Canada which is the forecast I mistakenly checked and packed for!!).

I am managing to work a little each day while Izzy is busy getting stuck into her work experience. Shower blocks looking sparkly clean, she produced some beautiful food from the kitchen the other night and she is currently at the wholesalers helping the owner restock, work out profit margins and price up. Forever grateful for the campsite giving her this opportunity.

14 clients this week - my busiest week yet. It has been a great week.

Next week I work from Cornwall and will post lots of content from there during the sunshine and the thunderstorms (my two favourite weathers).

Lots of computer work to catch up on and excited to push forward with the project I have planned.

I am off for a cold one in the garden.
