⚠️ Weather Update – Possible Service Disruption
Due to the current severe weather and unsafe travel conditions, some of our clinicians and admin team are struggling to reach the Practice safely.

Currently we are trying to get a key holder for our Chase Practice, Heath Hayes is open but running at reduced levels.

Please keep an eye on your phone for any texts or calls in case your appointment needs to be rearranged or cancelled.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and will keep patients updated.

Due to the current adverse weather conditions and dangerous travel, our clinicians and admin staff may have difficulty getting to the Practice safely.

There is a possibility that the surgery may have to operate with reduced capacity and staffing levels.
