🌸 Let’s Talk Menopause – Final Group Session! 🌸

After much thought, we’ve made the decision to bring our Monthly Menopause Group to a close. But don’t worry – this isn’t goodbye! 💫 We’ve got exciting plans in the pipeline, so be sure to follow our page and check back for updates.

In the meantime, we’d love for you to join us for our final ‘Let’s Talk Menopause’ session – a relaxed and friendly event where you can:

The Carers Café is a warm, informal space where carers can unwind, enjoy free refreshments, connect with others in similar roles, and hear from monthly guest speakers on a range of helpful topics.

The next session takes place on Thursday 31st July, with the theme ‘Feeling Digital’. 💻

We’ll be exploring how the internet, digital apps and assistive technology can support you in your caring role, and we’ll have helpful resources available too.

No need to book – simply drop in anytime between 1.30–3.30pm at Heath Hayes Health Centre.

Are you interested in joining the Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG)? Want to find out more about the surgery and help shape the future of local health services?

Patients are being invited to join regular PPG meetings held at Heath Hayes Health Centre - a space to share ideas, give feedback, and discuss any changes that matter to you.

Can't attend face-to-face? A virtual PPG is also being introduced, so you can get involved by simply emailing your thoughts and suggestions.
