We are looking for a professional and compassionate individual to join our busy NHS GP practice.

• Welcoming patients at reception
• Answering calls and managing appointments
• Providing excellent customer service
• Supporting our clinical and admin teams
• Handling confidential information appropriately

✅ We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous reception/GP experience desirable (not essential)

📍 Location: Across 2 sites: Heath Hayes Health Centre and Chase Medical Practice
🕒 Hours: Part Time (details on request)

Your pharmacist can now provide some prescription medicine without seeing a GP. Pharmacists also offer advice on a range of illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections and aches and pains.

⚠️ Weather Update – Possible Service Disruption
Due to the current severe weather and unsafe travel conditions, some of our clinicians and admin team are struggling to reach the Practice safely.

Currently we are trying to get a key holder for our Chase Practice, Heath Hayes is open but running at reduced levels.

Please keep an eye on your phone for any texts or calls in case your appointment needs to be rearranged or cancelled.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and will keep patients updated.

Please take extra care if you need to travel.

Due to the current adverse weather conditions and dangerous travel, our clinicians and admin staff may have difficulty getting to the Practice safely.

There is a possibility that the surgery may have to operate with reduced capacity and staffing levels.

We are monitoring the situation and will keep patients informed by updating posts on social media.
