Some athletes love to train but shy away from race dayโ€ฆ and that was true for our Hazel - until now!

After years of consistent training and building fitness, Garry encouraged her to try something new - and ๐Ÿคฉ, did she rise to the challenge!

After joining a local hybrid gym, stepping out of her comfort zone, and just competed in womenโ€™s open doubles!

Not only Ccushing it alongside her race partner, but she made her coach incredibly proud. A brilliant example of how the right support, belief, and guidance can unlock potentialโ€ฆ

๐ŸคWhile not formally coached by Garry, heโ€™s had testing and now consistently come in monthly for body composition checks, and taken on board advice and the results are showing.

Tom, already lean, has dropped 4kg of non essential fat. ๐Ÿ’ฅ
