Rehab session yesterday for the lads at football.

We have a range of injuries such as
•Hip Flexor strain
•Calf Tendon tear
•ACL Reconstruction
•SLAP Lesion

All have been following the phases for rehabilitation and we are seeing a lot of improvement and will hopefully see them all back playing to their full potential soon

HOW TO GET STARTED IN THE GYM💪🏼

•Consistency is arguably the most important component when working to accomplish goals, in or out of the gym. Without consistency, programs are unorganised, the body has a harder time adapting, and forming habits may be more challenging.
•Start training 2-3 days a week, splits up your workouts for example pull/push/legs (depending on your goal)
•Aim for atleast 45 to 60 minute workouts
•Focus on form and technique before you start adding heavy weight as this will cause injury!

My client has been suffering from tight hamstrings so we did a deep tissue massage and cupping therapy to relieve tightness and adhesions.
(bruising lasts around 2-4 days)

Sports Massage, Cupping and Percussion therapy on my client today.

My client was suffering with upper back pain and tightness with the trapezius.

•We started with a sports massage to heat the muscles up and used deep tissue techniques to work out any adhesions within the muscles.
•Silicone cupping was used to increase blood circulation and relaxing the muscles
•Cupping was then used to release any fascia and break down any knots along with the massage gun to get into the deeper areas.
