I'm going to be honest with you.
I'm not for everyone.

I'm not for the woman who wants to spend years analysing everything that's ever gone wrong in her life.

I'm not for the woman who's comfortable moaning about everything that’s wrong and doesn’t want to change anything.

I'm not for the woman who says "I've tried everything" but doesn’t actually want to try anything different.

But if you're the woman who is exhausted by her own thought loops…

Don't change a thing.

Keep telling yourself you've never been a good sleeper.

Keep lying there at 3am wondering what's wrong with you.

Keep pushing through the next day on empty.

One of my clients couldn't remember the last time she'd slept through the night.

She thought that was just normal for her.

It wasn't.

Everyone saw confidence.
She felt one mistake away from being exposed.

She was exhausted from pretending confidence she didn’t feel.

From the outside:
Good career.
Respected.
Capable.
The one everyone leaned on.

But inside?

Second-guessing decisions.
Replaying conversations on the drive home.
Overthinking emails before hitting send.
Waiting for someone to realise she wasn’t as solid as she looked.

She said,
“I don’t want to feel like I’m performing confidence anymore. I want it to be real.”

And here’s what actually changed everything:

She stopped chasing confidence.

First, she learned exactly what was happening in her mind and body.
We interrupted the overthinking loops

Everyone wants better sleep.
Very few want to do the thing that actually makes it happen.

You can buy the lavender spray.

So what’s the deal with 3am? 😩

Most of you said on Sunday’s poll that you either lie awake at bedtime… or wake right at 3am.

And it’s not just the poll. I see the same pattern in my Wellness Check results and in my client work.

That time isn’t random.

When I see 3am, I don’t just think “you need better sleep hygiene.”

There’s a very specific reason that hour shows up for capable, high-functioning women.

It’s linked to how your body and mind hold on to and process stress—the same reason you might lie awake replaying a conversation from 3 years ago.

Most advice focuses on routines or counting sheep (and yes, that helps, it's a starting point)… but that rarely fixes the root cause.

Does Sunday night ever feel a bit heavier than the rest of the week?

That tightness in your chest… the restless mind… the quiet dread you can’t quite name.

Nothing has gone wrong. It’s just your brain slipping into that familiar Sunday pattern of running ahead into the week, rehearsing different worst‑case scenarios in your mind.

It’s strange how the stillness of a Sunday evening can make your thoughts feel louder, as if the weight of the week is already on your shoulders when you haven’t even stepped into it yet.

Forcing yourself to “be calm” doesn't quite cut it.

Sometimes it starts with simply noticing your stress patterns and acknowledging that you want something to change.
