As well as letting us know what you want from our services, our highly trained senior staff will assess your needs and create a comprehensive care plan that will be reviewed regularly. Medication is often a critical part of your health. Let us help you get it right by offering reminders and prompts, assisting with creating and keeping a schedule, help you take your medicines as well as collect your medication from your pharmacy or GP surgery. MEALS
Whether you require someone to cook for you, or just a reassuring guide to help cook for yourself, we can offer the assistance you need to ensure no important meals are ever missed. This includes food and drink prompting and monitoring, in case there are any issues around forgetting to eat or not eating enough at mealtimes. Also, our staff are fully trained to provide PEG feeding so that we can assist your mealtimes under all circumstances. MOBILITY
Moving around as much as possible has many health benefits. So we understand how frustrating it is when an injury or condition affects your mobility. Let us help you maximise your capability. Our staff are expertly trained to confidently operate mobility equipment such as hoists, gantries, turnstyles, stair lifts, as well as assist with wheelchairs, walking frames, rollators and crutches. Staff are also trained in moving and handling, and our protocols are regularly reviewed in order to maintain the highest standard of care. SHOPPING FOR YOU
If you’re unable to get your regular shopping done, or for the occasions when you are not feeling up to the job, we can shop on your behalf. You can provide the list, or we can create one together, and we’ll do the rest. HOUSEWORK
Whether you need a helping hand or someone to take over tasks that are out of your reach, we can help with your household maintenance. From doing your laundry and ironing to ensure you have clean clothes, to general cleaning, dusting and vacuuming. We can assist or we can do these tasks for you, using all of your favourite products so that your home is exactly how you like it. SHOPPING WITH YOU
An opportunity to be more independent and feel part of the community. Whether for necessity/grocery shopping or casual, enjoyable shopping, we will accompany you – walking or driving you to and from the shops. NIGHT CARE AND SUPPORT
Available upon request. Having a night care professional in your home throughout the night is the extra assurance needed to help you get the best sleep possible. If you wake many times, experience disorientation or confusion, need assistance to use the bathroom, need help to change position in bed or need to maintain a nocturnal care routine (eg medication at regular intervals) then please let us know how our night care service can help you.
