I cannot express how proud I am of our team today. They have walked to all of their calls to ensure that vulnerable people get the care they need. They have done miles in tretetous conditions , wet, cold and physically exhausted. A massive thank you from us I know how grateful your service users have been for your support.

I also want to say a massive thank you to our community. Last night the Carers were supported by strangers pushing them out of difficult situations, offering drinks and shelter. We are truly grateful 🙏

Happy birthday to us! It’s hard to believe that we are nine years old today. The time has just flown.

It’s been a rollercoaster journey at times but we know that there’s nothing that we’d rather be doing than going the extra mile to care for our lovely service users.

There’s a saying that goes along the lines of it takes a whole village to raise a child. Well it takes a whole community to run a care agency successfully. That community includes our wonderful carers, and also our social and healthcare colleagues who provide us with much appreciated help when needed.

As we move into our tenth year it’s only right that we thank everyone who has supported us in any way, over the last nine. We really couldn’t have done it without you all! ###

Proud post

The weather has been unbearable the last two weeks and our staff have been out there ensuring all of our vulnerable people are cared for , hydrated and comfortable.

At times I’m sure they would love just to go home and get into an ice bath. But they don’t they continue working with a smile on their faces.
