Nutrition First Aid Massage has been based at Cannock Chase Leisure centre since 2014 and has helped; and continues to help a wide range of people through Sports and sports massage therapies. We welcome bookings from event organisers or clubs who require sports massage prior to or after competition. I been involved in sports and fitness since an early age and come from a sporting family. As Sports and Remedial Massage therapist has been training from 2005. Has vast experience in dealing with a range of musculoskeletal injuries in both athletes and the general public. Utilise ‘hands on' treatments, development of exercise programs to assist not only injured clients but active, motivated people who want to avoid the pain and inconvenience of preventable injury.

Another year comes to an end😊
Another year away from the place I was born and the family I grew up with.
But this is my life, and I’m choosing to be exactly where I am.
Do I always know if it’s the right choice? No!
But honestly… does anyone ever really know? (If you do, please share the manual! 😅)
I don’t always say what I mean, and I don’t always mean what I say. Not because I’m complicated — just because life in a second language isn’t always neat. Sometimes, my words don’t land perfectly, sometimes even I’m not sure what I meant myself. Welcome to my bilingual brain… it occasionally buffers. If you know, you know. 😉
