Post-Surgical Knee Rehabilitation 🦵
Recovery after bilateral knee replacement takes more than time — it requires the right treatment and progressive rehabilitation.
At this stage the joints are stable, but the client still experiences tightness, stiffness and reduced balance, especially during functional movements.
Today's session included:
⚡ Shockwave therapy – to reduce stiffness and stimulate healing
🔄 TECAR therapy – to improve circulation and tissue recovery
🫧 Cupping therapy – to release fascial tension around the knee
⚖️ Balance & resistance training – to rebuild stability and neuromuscular control
After knee replacement it is common to experience:
• stiffness
• muscle weakness
• reduced balance
• lack of confidence in movement
🎯 Targeted rehabilitation helps restore mobility, strength and stability, allowing patients to gradually return to normal daily activities.
Recovery doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right approach progress happens step by step.
