🥳 February Birthday's 🥳

Sam, Carol & Roger celebrated birthdays this month 🥳 🎈

It was wonderful to see so many smiles & visitors in the home ❤️ lots of cake too of course 🍰 🎂

Roger albeit he doesn't look was the grange age of 90 and loves sharing his favourite fish & chips from the chippy 🎣🐟

Mary had a some very special visitors also from her sister and family and as you can see she was thrilled ❤️😍

We have been flipping pancakes today in celebration & preparing for pancake day 🥳😝

💞 Lately ...

We have been very busy at The Grange 🫶

Lots have enjoyed our Dementia/Alzheimer's Bear 🐨

Lots of paintings which will be going in frames for our look what I made wall ❤️

Bird feed making & flower arranging 🌺🌹🌻 which are proudly displayed as our table/centre pieces ❤️

Don't forget there is still time to book in for our valentine's lunch on the 12th ❤️

Lynn Sweet will be performing in the morning for a valentine's special 🌹

😇 TRUE DEDICATION 😇

Please if it can be avoided do not come up to The Grange ❄️ your loved ones are warm & safe 🙏❤️

Management and other staff have worked all night to make sure we are as best staffed for the next few days as we possibly can be 🫶

It takes true dedication & care to get up and some staff walk for miles to make it in and run on zero sleep to make sure the residents get what they need ❤️

We are truly grateful to all staff that went above & beyond to make it in & Dean who got up to brave the roads and bring staff this morning and this afternoon 🥹🙏

Please stay safe & travel if necessary ♥️

🐍🦉 ANIMAL THERAPY 🐍🦉

What a day we had yesterday with Wild Actors 💚

Firstly we would like to say a massive thank you to Tom at Wild Actors, who again came and did not disappoint 🤗🙏

Tom is extremely patient and puts the need of the animals & our residents/staff at ease 🐸

Tom allows time for all people to have a real animal experience 🫶

After spending 4 hours at the home we had the most amazing afternoon 🦆 🐔

Everyone enjoyed every minute of the activity & most of all our lovely lot couldn't get enough of all the animals 🥹 truly wonderful to watch & be a part of ♥️

We loved it so much we have Tom returning for a surprise event in August ☺️🤗

❄️⛄ Fun In the Snow ⛄❄️

Some braved the snow this morning 😂 however it proved too fine to play in 🤗

So as many watched the staff & Gwen outside make our little snow being others didn't miss out and had the snow brought to them to see how cold it really is 😆

Some reactions were priceless 😲😳😵‍💫🥶
