So much of our suffering doesn’t come from life itself, but from our resistance to it. We want the rain to stop, the traffic to vanish, the people around us to change — but the truth is, life will unfold exactly as it does, whether we like it or not.

The rain will fall whether you complain or not.
Traffic will exist whether you stress or not.
People will act how they want whether you worry or not.

Every time you resist what you cannot control, you give away your peace. But the moment you learn to let go, to breathe, and to accept — life feels lighter. You begin to see that peace isn’t about controlling circumstances, it’s about controlling your response.

🌸 Focus on what you can change: your attitude, your actions, your mindset.
🌸 Let go of what you can’t: the weather, the past, the choices of others.

This is not about giving up. It’s about living with wisdom. It’s about saving your energy for the things that matter.

When you stop fighting life, you flow with it. And in that flow, you discover peace, freedom, and strength.

As our current first degree course is now well underway, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on some wonderful feedback we received from one of our students. Words like these are the reason we continue to share and teach Reiki through our courses.

Feedback is like gold dust – it not only helps others decide whether to train with us, but it also means the world to us. We’re incredibly grateful for every kind word shared.

Words can’t fully express the pride we feel for each and every one of our students. After completing their training, they become part of a special group where they can connect with our previous students – a community we fondly call our Reiki family. And it truly is just that.

Within this group, we stay connected by offering ongoing support, answering any questions about Reiki qualifications, and even sending distance healing to members and their loved ones whenever it’s needed.
