Instead of the usual routine, I’m getting active by having fun with the kids today at Kids2play💕🎉 and it’s a lovely reminder that movement doesn’t have to feel like exercise.

One of the things I love about the Slimming World programme is how it fits around real life enjoying food, building healthy habits, and staying active in ways that feel natural and enjoyable.

Looking to up the filling power of your meals? Wholewheat versions of pasta, noodles, bread, and rice have more fibre than white versions and up to 70% more nutrients. If you’re new to wholewheat, try mixing 50:50 white and wholewheat pasta (just allow a bit of extra cooking time).

I absolutely love nutrition and the science behind food, understanding how little tweaks like this can keep you fuller for longer and boost your nutrient intake is so fascinating!
