⭐️HUGE congrats to our amazing Amy ⭐️

I still remember the very first day Amy walked into group in July with her lovely sister (who is also doing amazing) … and look at her now! 💫

An incredible 5 stone lighter what an achievement! 👏👏👏

Not only has Amy transformed her weight, but it’s been so special watching her confidence grow week by week. She truly shines in group now, and it’s been a privilege to be part of her journey 💖

Amy is such a valued member of our Bridgtown group always so supportive, encouraging others, and showing exactly what’s possible with determination and belief 💕

Last night not only did we have our fab clothes sales raising yet more money for Cancer Research UK and giving everyone an opportunity to fill their wardrobes for a donation. We also smashed loads of amazing awards too from 5 stone awards to 31/2 stone 2 stone, 1 stone and 1/2 stone and activity awards. We celebrated with an amazing food optimised buffet. Thank you to Marie at Bridgtown Social Working Men's Club for all her help last night, she’s amazing! At Bridgtown we not only loose weight we have fun doing it!

Right… is it just me or do the mirrors in the McArthurGlen West Midlands toilets have some kind of secret superpower?! 😂

I walk in looking like I’ve been dragged through the day… then BAM 💁‍♀️ suddenly I’m giving main character energy, hair behaving, skin glowing, feeling like I’ve got my life together for a solid 30 seconds 😅

Whoever installed them… I need one for my house immediately because the one at home is clearly my biggest enemy 🤣
