✨ Happy Easter everyone ✨

A time of renewal, rest, and gentle new beginnings 🐣

As we move through the season, it’s a lovely reminder that change doesn’t have to be rushed, the body, just like nature, unfolds in its own time.

If you’re feeling called to slow down, release what you’ve been holding, and reconnect with yourself, TRE is running next Sunday 💖 (2 spaces left)

A space to reset, soften, and support your body in letting go, gently and safely.

✨ TRE Sessions – New Dates Released held Broad Oak Village Hall - Canterbury✨

I’ve now released all upcoming TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) session dates through to December for your diary.
I’m so looking forward to continuing this work with you all.
April dates are now live and bookable on this page under events.

TRE is a gentle, body-led practice that supports the release of deep-held tension and stress, helping you feel more grounded, calm, and at ease over time.

Due to an increase in hall hire costs, sessions will now be £13 for 75 minutes. I’ve kept this as low as possible while continuing to offer a safe and supportive space.

Spaces are limited, so booking is only secured once payment has been made. Please message me first to check availability before sending payment.

If you’re ready to start (or continue) prioritising your wellbeing and creating real change in your body this year, I’d love to support you 💖 Mindful Wellness Warrior

Some of you know parts of my story and how trauma has shaped the work I now do around nervous system regulation and healing.

On Sunday a documentary aired about what happened to me and two other women when our identities were manipulated online and used to create false sexual identities.

The experience had a profound impact on my nervous system and ultimately led me to the work I now do helping others regulate and recover from trauma.

If you’re interested in understanding the deeper psychological impact of this kind of abuse, the documentary is available to stream on ITVX. I would love to hear your thoughts and your head to Kirsty Pellant to follow our story.

What do we think 🤔
I always feel better after our Dance Fitness Classes!

A new analysis shows that moving to music with others can be a powerful way to ease symptoms of depression. Unlike walking or yoga, dance engages the brain in a unique “neurochemical symphony,” blending physical activity with joy, connection, and self-expression. Here's why it helps and how to harness it, according to experts: https://on.natgeo.com/4cgaQxw

Most people don’t stop moving because they can’t.
They stop because life gets busy…
or they tell themselves they’re “too old”, “too tired”, “I feel too stressed” or they wait to feel fitter first.

But here’s the truth 👇
The less you do, the harder it becomes to start again.

You don’t come to class because it’s easy and yes, you may struggle, but that’s okay.
The more you come, it does get easier and then you can up your gain a little.
It’s also the friendships you make which is what is so good about group exercise.

Catching up and checking in with your fitness friends helps you not feel so overwhelmed in your own life. We al have things going on and it’s good to share that.

You get-
💖An hour to move.
💖An hour to laugh.
💖An hour to mix with people outside of our own bubble
💖An hour just for you.
Team
The more we move,
the more capable we stay at any age and any ability.

At 81, Jean Stewart was frustrated by her growing frailty, so she decided to get active. Now 96, push-ups, kettlebell squats and pushing a weight-loaded sledge keep her strong
