My first 1:1 workshop went really well last night. Sharing techniques on how to release things that do not serve a purpose in our lives, Affirmations to do daily, end the day with gratitude, ways to calm anxiety and learning how to relax.

Included in this workshop is a little booklet, calming oil, Heated Eye Mask & palo Santo Stick.

This workshop is suitable for both Adults, Pre-teens & Teenagers.
