Meet Sarah Richards who has not only lost the weight she wanted but been maintaining beautifully.

I have been a member of a number of groups of Slimming World over the years, but since joining Nick's Saturday 8am group, everyone was so welcoming and not judgemental and have been a target member since May. When you suffer from anxiety it is very daunting walking in to complete strangers, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Fay was so lovely as even the smallest comment from someone can make you feel like walking the other way. I have gained more confidence, joined a running club and met so many lovely and inspiring people. Thank you to everyone especially Nick Luckhurst & Fay Agatha Ethel
