I've been really quiet lately but I feel the time is right to get back into the thick of things.
My health dictated that I stopped for a while and listened to my body rather than the non-stop brain chatter of what I 'should' be doing.
Giving myself that space has brought clarity - I've definitely come to realise why this has happened in the way that it has and what I can learn about myself. And I quite like what I'm finding out. Once this is over there'll be a newer version of me and I swear that I will have left behind all the things that never really mattered anyway.
