What's a Rune Reading? This is a question I get asked every time I attend an event. Everyone says that they know what Tarot is and they know what a Psychic Medium does but they don't know about the Runes.
During a reading, runes are drawn or cast, and their meanings are interpreted based on their position and relationship to one another. Rather than predicting the future, rune readings are often used as a tool for reflection, guidance, and gaining new perspectives on personal challenges.
A bit of history:
Rune reading is an ancient practice of divination that uses symbols from the runic alphabet, which originated in Northern Europe well over 1,000 years ago. Each rune is more than just a letter - it carries symbolic meanings tied to concepts like nature, cycles of life, and human experiences.
They are also believed to hold power. Carved into weapons, amulets, or tools, runes were used for protection, luck, and magic. Sometimes combined into bindrunes or chanted in magical songs (galdr), they were a way to influence fate and connect with spiritual forces.
If you want to give it a try (I can do a video call, or in person at Folkestone), then get in touch. If you’re willing to be honest with yourself and open to guidance, it can be a powerful experience.
