At Rosey Lees, I offer a range of holistic treatments, each providing powerful benefits for overall health and wellbeing. One of my key therapies is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)—a highly effective and transformative approach to emotional and physical healing.
I provide one-to-one sessions and have extensive experience working with groups, supporting clients through meaningful and lasting change. I have witnessed profound transformations in my clients’ emotional balance, physical health, and overall sense of wellbeing.
Alongside EFT, I integrate a variety of complementary modalities including massage therapy, medicinal herbalism, journal therapy, and other holistic approaches. These therapies work together to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I am a proud member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
