World Mental Health Day this year (today!) has a focus on supporting people to have better mental health in the workplace.

To reduce stress levels in the workplace having small mindful breaks during the day can help - take a little bit of time to focus on your breathing, a short guided meditation or just a little walk around/fresh air.

A few months ago I completed a Level 6 qualification in Imagery Rescripting.
Imagery Rescripting is an intervention for working with adults who have experienced childhood trauma. It is evidence based and I have found it very powerful and effective when using it with my clients.
