Restorative Flow – Sunday at 6 PM
with
Unwind and reset with this gentle restorative flow designed to soothe the body and calm the mind. We’ll move slowly through a sequence of nourishing postures, using props to support deep relaxation and release tension. This is the perfect way to close your weekend and prepare for the week ahead. Open to all levels – come as you are.
