Our eConsults are now working again and you are able to submit them via our website or by calling the surgery if you don't have access to the internet. Sorry again for any inconvenience caused by the downtime.

We are currently experiencing issues with our eConsult system both on our webpage and here at the surgery, meaning we are unable to complete any new eConsults at the moment. You are still able to submit them via the NHS app if you have access to this. We are in contact with the IT team to try and get this rectified. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Wednesday 1st October
Due to a firewall upgrade the surgery will not have access to the computer systems from 1pm. For this reason our eConsults will be switched off at 11am on this day to ensure we respond to all patients.
From 1pm the surgery will have no access to patient records, so will be unable to complete any prescriptions or referrals for up to 4hours. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Just to remind all patients that we are closed today from 1pm for staff training. Due to this closure, eConsults will only be available until 11am to allow a same day response for all those submitted. The surgery will re-open at 8am tomorrow and eConsults will be available from 7am as usual. If you need to speak to a doctor urgently after 1pm, please telephone the out of hours service on 111. Covid Autumn Booster Vaccinations
There will be a clinic at Aylesham Medical Practice on Saturday 4th October 2025.
This will be for anyone aged 75 and over, and patient's that are immunosuppressed aged 18 and over.
Please call the surgery to book an appointment.

Flu Vaccinations
If you are eligible to receive a free flu vaccination please call the surgery to book an appointment.
Aged 65+ or Aged 18-64 and in an at risk cohort we have appointments available from 1st October.
Aged 2-3 years appointments available from 1st September.
Pregnant ladies appointments available from 1st September.

We would love you to come into Aylesham Health Centre on Wednesday 24th September from 10am-2pm to sample some wonderful homemade cakes, but more importantly, help support a local baby loss charity with your donations.

PRE-ORDER YOUR CAKE
We can deliver cake within the Aylesham Village from 2.30pm onwards on 24th September. Your purchases can be paid for in cash or via a QR code at the time of delivery. We can make up cake boxes with 4 items, for the suggested donation of £6.00 or 1 item for £2.00.

We are currently experiencing technical problems at our Wingham Surgery, this is affecting our phone lines, internet connection and computer connections. If you have an appointment today at Wingham, this will still go ahead. We are trying to rectify this issue as soon as possible, please bare with us. SPRING COIVD BOOSTER - if you are immunosuppressed and have recently received an invite for your Covid spring booster from the surgery. This is a reminder that our walk in clinic at Aylesham Medical Practice is on Friday 11th April between 8:30-16:00. This is accessed via the rear car park entrance on Queens Road.
