The Garden Sauna – Summer Evenings at TOR Spa

From Thursday 16th April and throughout the summer, our Garden Sauna will be open from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Enjoy a peaceful evening retreat with access to:
✨ Pool
✨ Sauna
✨ Steam Room
✨ Conservatory
✨ Beautiful Grounds

Sessions run in one-hour time slots and start and finish promptly.
Please note: treatments are not available during these hours.

Session Times & Pricing
5:00pm – 6:00pm — £20 per person
6:00pm – 7:00pm — £20 per person
7:00pm – 8:00pm — £20 per person
Full evening (5:00pm – 8:00pm) — £45 per person

To maintain a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, bookings are limited to a maximum of 10 people per hour.

What to bring:
Please bring your own robes, towels, and flip flops.
Lockers are available on request.

Thursdays from 5-8pm. 1 hour £20. Includes use of our Scandinavian Sauna, Steam Room, Hydrotherapy Pool, access to our gardens, as well as a free herbal tea.

Spend an hour alone or with friends in our relaxing spa, surrounded by the calm of nature.

Being in nature can boost serotonin and help calm the mind, while sharing the experience with others supports connection and oxytocin — our natural feel-good hormone. In Ayurvedic tradition, heat is valued for helping the body release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance.
