Community Counselling Service

Community Counselling Service We are based in Canterbury and offer accessible and affordable counselling services for everyone in the area.

We assist people who are having personal problems to make beneficial changes to their lives, offering short, medium and long term counselling, usually meeting once a week for 50 minutes. The service is available to all people in the immediate area so if you can travel to Canterbury then we are available to assist and help you in your time of need. Please call us for an informal discussion or make

an appointment to discuss how we can assist you. Our voluntary counsellors have been CRB checked and are either members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or the British Psychological Society (BPS). We are committed and professionally qualified with decades of specialist experience ranging from abuse, bereavement, depression and low self esteem to mental health, panic attacks, post traumatic stress, relationships and stress. You will be listened to in a non-judgemental way and together we will examine the difficulties you are facing and explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours in a safe and confidential environment.
