Dates for full Hypnobirthing classes with Rebecca.
"Rebecca was so brilliant, putting us immediately at
ease. I didn’t realize I would learn so much about my birthing body and how to deal with the practical
side of everything like the hospital and consultants etc as well as all the techniques with breathing and
meditations. Rebecca went the extra mile to help us, especially during my pre natal depression. She’s
even loaned us her birthing ball and some great books."
