🌟 OUR AYLESHAM MEMBER PAULINE 🌟

I want to give a shout out to Pauline this week. She’s been quietly chipping away, week after week… and it’s showing in every part of her life. She even went on a cruise and kept her momentum going!!

She’s is now eating more fruit and veg, feeling better walking the dog, and those stairs that used to leave her puffed out are now getting easier too.
