Easily Learn EFT video 2

This is the next step in confidently using EFT for everyday stresses. After watching this video you will be able to scale your problem area.

Why is this important? It’s important because you need to know where you are starting from and how much a problem is affecting you. Then as you tap, you will be able to see the difference between each tapping round.

The scaling system is a guide as to whether the problem is getting better or becoming more intense. It also lets you know that EFT is working whether the scale goes up or down. Any movement is a positive sign that you’re onto something.

Watch out for my next video where we will do a tapping round on stress.

It’s IBS Awareness Month 🙃
So I thought I would highlight IBS as this condition affects so many people and conditions include diarrhoea, constipation, belly cramps and pain, wind and bloating. This can impact a person’s quality of life where they stop socialising or need to take time of work. Many people have disturbed sleep, fatigue and feel sick and have anxiety around their IBS symptoms.
It is thought IBS involves the gut-brain axis which is a two way communication between the gut and brain. Emotions can affect the gut and the gut can influence your mood.
An example would be having butterflies in your tummy when nervous.
I’ll be sharing some useful calm reset tips to help ground and regulate the nervous system.

Hypnotherapy for weight loss can help change habits, unconscious programming and emotional eating patterns that can get in the way of losing weight.

These patterns run in the background and can sabotage your plans. For example, as a child if you were told to clear your plate at every meal, you may find yourself automatically doing this as an adult.

Hypnosis helps you tune into the mind-body connection so that you can recognise the full signal, manage emotional triggers without the use of food and help build a healthier relationship with food.

Some people mistakenly think they will lose control under hypnosis but this is a myth. It’s the complete opposite. Hypnotherapy allows You to take control over old habits, patterns and unhelpful emotions so that you can live a happier and healthier life.

Imagine a computer program with a glitch and then imagine uploading new software so that the program updates and runs more smoothly. That’s what happens in hypnosis.

Tips To Stop Cravings

Did you know cravings only last for a few minutes?
Isn’t it reassuring to know they will go away!
I use different strategies to help clients with cravings for particular food which includes Tapping and hypnosis.
However, you can use these easy tips straight away
🌀plan meals-eat a proper meal a regular meal times
🌀practice mindfulness when eating.
🌀Completely slow down the whole eating process so that your brain recognises the Full signal
🌀Increase water intake. Sometimes the brain confuses the thirst signal for hunger
🌀Eat more protein as this helps to stave off hunger and the risk of overeating.

One of the most interesting things I see when working with weight loss clients is this:

Once clients change the underlying habit, eating healthier becomes easier.

They no longer fight cravings, but start making healthy choices automatically.

One change makes a big difference and it’s easier than you think.

But willpower works like a battery.

The more decisions you make throughout the day, the more that battery drains.

✨Many of my clients often say they start off with good intentions.

✨However, by the evening - when stress and tiredness show up, their food choices become much harder.

✨Why could this be? It’s automatic habits in the brain. Not conscious decisions.
