Another wonderful review from a lovely client.

It makes me so happy when you leave a session feeling uplifted. It’s why I do what I do, to help you feel cared for, relaxed and confident about stepping back out into the world.

Thank you for the kind feedback, Dottie 💕. Full review on my FB page

There will never be the perfect moment, take one small step, start now 💕✨

There will never be the perfect moment, take one small step, start now 💕✨

BEGIN…

There is a fine line between trusting the process and waiting for something to happen.

And the word to focus on here, is waiting.

Don’t wait.

Begin.

There is always something (no matter how tiny) you can do towards your goal whilst you let the universe engineer your next bridge.

And if you are not in the action of ‘doing’ towards your dream, as well as ‘being’ it, in your mental wishing well, then waiting is a waste of time.

Begin.

Want to write? Begin. Put pen to paper or type something right now, anything at all. Do that every day and watch the flow release.

Want to start a new business? Begin. Make a logo, a name, create your first product. Do that every day and watch things fall into place.

Want to change something about your life? Begin. Make a change. Right now. Do that every day and the change will take hold and ‘become’.

The word ‘ready’, has stopped more dreams being realised than anything else, because we can never be fully prepared. Fully ready.

We must begin whilst we are imperfect.

Because the magic and the inspiration only truly release when the wheels are moving.

And yes the fear will try to hack you down at every turn but remember, that fear is just a scared inner-child-version of you, who was burned too soon. Tell her you are safe now, simply because you have your own back. Whatever comes your way, you will face it together.

There is a fine line between trusting the process and waiting.

Don’t wait.

Begin.

The process starts with you standing up and saying,
let’s go….

Have you heard of the Stress Reduction Theory (SRT)? It was developed by Roger Ulrich in 1991, and explains our need to experience the natural elements to aid recovery from stress 🌿. This theory states that when we observe natural scenery such as trees or rivers, we experience positive feelings and emotions that have a restorative calming effect 🥰. It can reduce psychological and physiological stress, enhance cognitive function or performance, and promote improved health outcomes ✨🍎.

Coupled with the effects of Reiki, being in nature can have a profound impact on our sense of wellbeing and balance.

To enjoy these benefits, join me at The Shepherd’s Hut in Marley for a complete reset and harness the combined power of Reiki surrounded by nature 🌿🍃💫
