Here is an update to my current cancellation policy, the time has come to remind you that I am a small business and I rely on your custom.
I’m still not going to be charging a booking deposit, but it is important that you let me have as much notice as possible when it comes to scheduled appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an appointment I require 48 hours notice, if cancelled within 24 hours half the treatment fee will be charged, this is to be paid within 5 working days.
If the appointment is cancelled on the same day of appointment or you do not show up for your appointment, the full treatment fee will be charged and will need to be paid within 5 working days.
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled I will need 48 hours notice before appointment date, this gives me time to offer the space to be booked by someone else.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, the treatment time will be shorter so the rest of my appointments still run on schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may not have enough time for a 30 minute appointment at all.
