We’re turning 2🥰 Let’s celebrate together 🎉

With so much heaviness in the world, finding beauty can feel harder than ever. Yoga and meditation help us find a sense of peace, but being together in a supportive, caring community matters too.
We’ll keep doing our best to offer a safe, welcoming, non-judgemental space.

Carolina completed her training  with The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.

She teaches Hatha yoga with elements of flow, meditation, pranayama and mantra. She will guide you through a practice that moves the body and calms the mind.
Join her wonderfully soothing and grounding classes on Tuesday evenings. Her class now starts slightly earlier in case you want to head to the Shala straight after work.

Meet our wonderful teacher Ingrid, who has been with us since day one 🤍
She currently teaches our Monday evening Vinyin classes, combining her Hatha and Yin Yoga trainings.

Vinyin is a practice that helps create balance in both body and mind. The class starts with gentle, energising movement and slowly melts into stillness and rest through deeper, longer-held postures.🪷

This is a mixed-ability class, and Ingrid always offers variations if you need them.
Join her to ease the Monday blues and make a calm, balanced start to your week.💫

We're so excited to share our next big event💫

Welcome the beginning of summer with a slow, nourishing day away from screens and everyday demands.

We’ll begin with a dynamic yoga practice, followed by a nourishing vegetarian lunch, spa time and space to rest in the garden. In the afternoon, we’ll come back together for gentle yoga and a simple closing circle.

A calm, unhurried day to move, rest and welcome the new season with ease.
