Carolina will teach Hatha yoga with elements of flow, meditation, pranayama and mantra.
She will guide you through a practice that moves the body and calms the mind. Her classes are a welcoming space for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and anyone longing for grounding movement, sacred rest and connection.

Join her every Tuesday at 6:30pm for a nourishing experience.

We’re so excited to launch our Book Club, a space for anyone who loves reading, wants to meet new people, or simply needs a little nudge to spend more time with books. 📚
To celebrate our first gathering, we’ll begin with a cosy book swap: bring along a book you’ve enjoyed (and are happy to pass on) and head home with a new story to explore.

We’ll also take some time to chat about the details: how often we’ll meet, how we’ll choose the books, and all the little things that will shape our club together.

Intro to Ashtanga Yoga Mysore (assisted self-practice)🌱

❔Have you practised flow or Vinyasa classes and felt curious about self-practice but it sounded impossible?
❔Do you want to explore your body’s potential and enjoy moving at your own pace?
❔Are you new to yoga and looking to learn in a small, supportive group?

WHAT IS ASHTANGA YOGA MYSORE STYLE?📢
The Mysore Method (assisted self-practice) is a unique and traditional way of learning and practising Ashtanga Yoga, based on self-paced progress under the guidance of a teacher.
Unlike a typical led class, the Mysore style allows students to move through the sequence at their own pace, gradually memorising and building the practice over time.
In this method, students receive individual attention, with the teacher offering personalised adjustments, guidance, and encouragement. It is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, because the practice is tailored to each person’s needs, experience, and ability.

The Mysore Method nurtures independence, consistency, and a deep connection to the practice. It offers an opportunity to cultivate focus, discipline, and presence both on and off the mat.

WHAT DOES 2+2 WEEK MEAN?📢
The first two sessions (Monday 22nd and 29th September) will introduce the Mysore method in a beginner-friendly setting, covering the key aspects of this approach.
For the final two sessions, you’ll be invited to book any of our regular weekly Mysore classes to experience the method in its traditional setting, alongside other practitioners. This will allow you to truly experience the essence of the Mysore style.

Here is our next Beginner's Course starting in September. 🤸🏽‍♀️

We're making a slight change and spreading our beginner's course over 4 weeks this time.

This is a perfect opportunity if you have been thinking about starting Yoga or feeling that you need to revisit the basics. 🪷
Once you have completed this course you will;
👌🏽have a basic understanding of simple and common Yoga postures
👌🏽have experienced some breath awareness and very simple meditation including guided relaxation
👌🏽have gained confidence to join group Yoga classes.
👌🏽be welcomed into a friendly community

We'll keep supporting your practice with other Beginner's friendly classes in our timetable afterwards.

Our previous students absolutely loved the structure of this course and enjoyed being able to move and breathe freely throughout the sessions. 🙏🏽

Ezgi here, there are a few updates in our timetable in June as I'll be away for 3 wks starting this Wednesday.
I'm really looking forward to this break but also feeling a bit strange about stepping away😊 Luckily a bunch of great teachers will be covering most of my classes except for the Mysore ones.

👉🏽 No Mysore class between the 4th and 25th of June
👉🏽 Tue evening Hatha Yoga level 1 will be covered by
👉🏽 Thurs evening Guided Ashtanga Yoga will be covered by
👉🏽 Sunday morning Hatha Yoga level 1-2 will be covered by
