In my chapter, Nourishing Both Body and Mind, I share insights from my work with teenagers and young adults—a part of my job I’m very passionate about. 💡🌱 I’m constantly inspired by their resilience, creativity, and curiosity. Their ability to quickly assimilate and integrate what we explore together never ceases to amaze me. 🌟 Immense thanks to Andy Brodziak at Tritanium Coaching for inviting me to join his YouTube chat this week! 🌟

Together, we explored the realms of athlete health, holistic wellness, and the world of nutrition. Our discussion unpacked the misleading world of supplements for athletes, debunked myths of "GOOD" & "BAD" foods, and revealed the consequences of eliminating food groups. I also shared some of the three common root causes of health issues that I encounter and we shared some quick health tips for men and women over 45.

I always relish the opportunity to dive down rabbit holes with Andy, whose ability to dissect complex issues and his unwavering passion make each conversation very stimulating and engaging.

I am pleased to see that this report underscores a significant global shift toward preventive care and wellness-focused lifestyles.
