🌟 Exciting News! 🌟
I'm thrilled to share that Un:Stuck by Kate O’Brien - a book I contributed to - is now available in bookshops and online in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and the US! 📖✨

This essential book delves into the challenges teenagers face today, from climate anxiety 🌍 to school refusal 🎓, and offers practical strategies for parents, teachers, and mentors to support them in building resilience and thriving in an age of uncertainty.

In my chapter, Nourishing Both Body and Mind, I share insights from my work with teenagers and young adults—a part of my job I’m very passionate about. 💡🌱 I’m constantly inspired by their resilience, creativity, and curiosity. Their ability to quickly assimilate and integrate what we explore together never ceases to amaze me. In this chapter, I focus on helping them better understand the language of their own bodies, fully embody themselves, and reconnect with nature and the world around and in them. 🌳✨ My aim? To empower them to become their own experts 💪
And we do all need to become our own experts as we are all truly and wholly unique.

Huge congratulations to Kate O’Brien on this wonderful book! 🎉👏 It’s been an honour to contribute alongside such a diverse group of experts, including scientists, doctors, educators, musicians, activists, and wisdom holders. Thank you to Kate O'Brien, Sheldon Press and Hachette Ireland for shining a light on this important subject and bringing this powerful project to life. 🙏

This book is a call to action and a source of hope. 🌟 It’s a gift to anyone seeking to empower the next generation to flourish in these complex times. Grab your copy today, and let’s inspire change together! 🌍📚

50% of the royalties will go to Molly Ollys Wishes, a wonderful charity that tirelessly helps chronically ill children and their families find joy during incredibly challenging times. ❤️

🌟 Immense thanks to Andy Brodziak at Tritanium Coaching for inviting me to join his YouTube chat this week! 🌟

Together, we explored the realms of athlete health, holistic wellness, and the world of nutrition. Our discussion unpacked the misleading world of supplements for athletes, debunked myths of "GOOD" & "BAD" foods, and revealed the consequences of eliminating food groups. I also shared some of the three common root causes of health issues that I encounter and we shared some quick health tips for men and women over 45.

I always relish the opportunity to dive down rabbit holes with Andy, whose ability to dissect complex issues and his unwavering passion make each conversation very stimulating and engaging.

🙏 I'm grateful to Andy for this opportunity to collaborate on such pivotal subjects. Andy you are a legend and it was a pleasure and privilege as always.

🌿 Struggled to Switch Off on World Digital Detox Day on Tuesday? 🌿

If disconnecting felt harder than expected, you're not alone! I managed to stay off social media (mostly 😉) except WhatsApp was impossible to ignore because of school and family Christmas notifications. 🎄📱 Life happens, right?

In this second part, I explore how rewilding can help us break free from the digital grind and boost our overall well-being – including our gut health! For yes, reconnecting with nature supports a healthier gut microbiome, enhances digestion, and strengthens immunity? 🌱✨

I am pleased to see that this report underscores a significant global shift toward preventive care and wellness-focused lifestyles. Increasingly health and well-being are becoming central priorities worldwide. A shift that not only highlights rising consumer awareness but also reflects the critical role wellness plays in shaping a healthier, more sustainable future.

Numerous global surveys have found that wellness matters more to people each year post pandemic. With today’s release of the Global Wellness Institute’s (GWI) Global Wellness Economy Monitor 2024, there are hard numbers to prove it.

Charlotte Fraser has over twenty years of experience working in the health, nutrition and wellness sector.

Holistic in approach, Charlotte works dynamically with the client on a physiological, physical, mental and emotional level to bring about sustainable, long-term change in their health and wellbeing. Awareness is, Charlotte believes, 90% of the cure and she places considerable emphasis on helping clients to gain better self-knowledge and understanding. She treats a wide range of health conditions but her areas of special interest and expertise are in Gut Health and Cognitive Health - the gut/brain axis.

Charlotte’s interest in nutrition stems from her own personal experience treating a chronic health condition. She was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when she was 23 years old. Repeat flare-ups followed by long, debilitating spells in hospital, compelled Charlotte to explore alternative health therapies and approaches. Her journey took her to many of the world’s leading spas, medical and detox centres, and her interest in the mind/body connection led to further exploration through psychodynamic psychotherapy, transpersonal psychology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine; her study of the latter integrated in Charlotte’s own nutritional approach.

Charlotte found really tangible and sustainable results through nutritional therapy, also in adopting a different mindset and more holistic approach. She went on to study for a Diploma at the UK School of Naturopathic Nutrition, qualifying with distinction in 2006 before qualifying for a Diploma in Food Intolerance Testing.
