Anything upside down — if I can hang off a piece of Pilates equipment or a barre, I’m in my happy place.

Teaching superpowers:
My PGCE in Lifelong Learning. Every session is shaped by how adults learn best, alongside clear, effective movement instructions. I love guiding clients towards those quiet but powerful “aha” moments.

We’re proud to support talent development inside our studio. Millie is currently a second year BA Dance Education student at Canterbury Christ Church University. She has also started her training with and her teaching apprenticeship and is now supporting selected classes.

The Reformer, invented by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, is a unique piece of equipment that uses springs and a sliding carriage to create resistance and support for full-body strengthening and stretching. Originally designed to help injured soldiers, it has since become a cornerstone of Pilates practice worldwide.

Our “Introduction to Reformer” course is perfect for those who are curious about the Reformer but never have tried it before.
This beginner-friendly class offers a gentle, clear grounding in the basics, giving you the confidence and understanding to safely explore and progress. From here, you’ll be ready to advance into our more challenging courses with a strong, injury-preventing foundation.
