Just letting go.

Change can feel difficult for lots of reasons.

It often brings uncertainty and fear of the unknown. We’re attached to familiar routines and habits, even when they no longer serve us. Letting go of something we value, or something that once helped us cope, can feel uncomfortable. And of course, change usually asks for effort — it can disrupt patterns, relationships and the sense of control we’re used to.

Strong emotions can surface too, which can make change feel overwhelming rather than empowering.

So if change feels hard right now, in your personal life or at work, there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re responding in a very human way.
