I offer healing Reflexology and Reiki Treatments that last approx 40 mins each and am a mobile therapist. I work within the Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay areas. I also offer Reiki Distance Healing. I am an Usui Reiki Master-Teacher and run Reiki Degree Level 1+2 Workshops throughout the year. My aim is to help people that suffer discomfort or are in physical or emotional pain and to make their everyday living more manageable with their ailments and general wellbeing.

Sometimes the most meaningful chapters of our lives aren’t the ones filled with goals, plans or constant forward motion. Sometimes the real medicine is simply being here present in the moment, breathing through and witnessing the quiet unfolding of our own becoming.

We’re taught to chase the outcome, to believe we are always striving for something and to measure our worth by what we’re working toward. But there is deeper truth beneath all that noise, the journey itself is the practice and this journey is enough!!

There is beauty in the pauses. There is growth in the stillness. There is healing in the moments where nothing “big” is happening, yet everything inside us is gently rearranging.

It's the journey that asks for our courage. It’s the growth that asks for our patience. And it’s the becoming that truly counts ✨

Here's to soft living, self love and allowing ourselves to move through this next month with a little more peace 🤍 ###

🍃❄️ January has been a month of contrasts. New beginnings on the calendar, but also moments that asked for more of my heart than I expected.

It’s been a reminder that growth doesn’t always arrive wrapped in motivation or fresh-start energy. Sometimes it shows up as letting go, choosing peace over holding on and finding strength in places you didn’t know you had.

Lessons this month has already taught me:
- Some chapters close quietly, even when they meant the absolute world.
- Love can be both soft and incredibly brave.
- Healing isn’t linear — some days you move forward, some days you simply breathe.
- Gratitude and grief can sit in the same room.
- Even in hard moments, you’re allowed to look toward what’s next.

As I mark 9 years of Helen Watkins Reflexology, I’m taking a moment to pause and reflect on the journey so far. These years have been a time of growth — learning more about myself, developing my skills and finding my way as a small business owner.
What remains at the heart of it all is my love for this work. Supporting others, offering space to slow down, restore balance and feel cared for continues to mean so much to me. It’s a privilege to do what I do and it inspires my wish to keep giving and growing as I move forward.

I’m deeply grateful to all of my clients, many of whom have become friends, for the trust they place in me and for allowing me to share in their wellbeing. Thank you all for being part of this journey - I truly couldn’t do it without you - With sincere love and thanks 🤍🙏🏻✨
