I offer healing Reflexology and Reiki Treatments that last approx 40 mins each and am a mobile therapist. I work within the Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay areas. I also offer Reiki Distance Healing. I am an Usui Reiki Master-Teacher and run Reiki Degree Level 1+2 Workshops throughout the year. My aim is to help people that suffer discomfort or are in physical or emotional pain and to make their everyday living more manageable with their ailments and general wellbeing.

So anyone that knows me knows that I'm in the total prehistoric ages when it comes to my paper diary and booking anything in, but today I have upgraded from my trusty hardback and have Google synched my life!! I'm so excited and just pray it works as well as my old methods 😆 2025 is my technology - life - update year - Website done and now my calendar booking system 💜❤️ Feeling very accomplished with myself, it's the little things right!

Scorpio Full Moon, it's a powerful, emotional one - who's feeling it too?? This moon really does invite us to delve deep into our darkness to uncover our hidden truths and prepare us for the release and transformation ahead. It's a time to sit in our darkest moments to uncover and understand past emotional experiences and wounds that haven't healed and because of that have been reoccurring. It's a time for self reflection, listening and understanding and for these suppressed patterns to be released.

Personal growth is hard going and some (a lot 🥴) of these lessons are intense! I'm honestly feeling this with relationships that no longer serve me, old habits and patterns that I keep reliving and ignoring - those cycles I need to break ⛓️‍💥 it's tricky, but as the old saying goes, "we don't grow in comfort" 🌱 C'mon let's do this!!

Wow yes, this hits home it's so blooming true!! Think most of us can relate right?!

How often do we look back and reflect and think 💬 about that time, a few years back, way back when, ten years ago.... it's now, embrace and enjoy every second, soak it all up! Cherish all the moments and make all the memories, life is precious.

Embracing fears! Ok so my biggest fear, (well actually probably not the biggest but it's up there) insects!! They make me sweat and anyone that knows me or has experienced some kinda mini beast near me will know I'm a flapper.

I'm a firm believer that the only way to overcome worries and fears in life is to embrace them, well managed engagement 😉 eeeeeeeeks!! Where we've moved to there's so many opportunities for this lols in just the last two days we've had unwanted river beetles, normal beetles, centipedes, monster spiders (literally from a different planet), a European hornet that was easily 2.5 inches long flying around geeeeeesus, wasps, flies galore and bugs that I couldn't get my insect identification app loaded quick enough for 🫣

So my mission for May and probably ever is to be able to deal rationally with the wildlife.

I'm going to be putting myself in uncomfortable situations - honestly for me this literally is trying to get a wasp out of my room, but I will be using what I've learned through EFT and TFT Tapping to try and combat this and reduce my fears. Watch this space, I'll let you know how I'm doing.

My motto is always "We don't grow in comfort!" Bring on the bugs 🪲🐛🐝

So it's only taken me 9 years, but 2025 is the year for my website! 🌟

I've planned a little rebrand of my business name to combine Helen Watkins Reflexology, Aromareflex, Reiki Healing, Reiki Courses and Development Workshops (beginning later this year 💯🙏🏻) under one umbrella so to speak. Welcome Helen Watkins Holistics 🍃🌀 I am super excited for this and just can't wait to see the finished product 👏🏻 I also have a lovely person to thank for the biggest nudge in the right direction 😘❤️ Mwah! ###

Watch this space, as soon as the build is complete I'll let you all know.
