Lucy's Yoga for Pregnancy

Lucy's Yoga for Pregnancy Weekly drop in for pregnant women that helps promote well being and prepares you for the birth in a relaxed supportive environment.

The aim of this weekly drop in is for pregnant women to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, whilst improving physical and emotional well being, and helping them feel more positive and confident about the birth. The sessions are facilitated by an experienced NCT antenatal teacher with a further qualification for running these sessions. The sessions are a mix of breathing awareness, yoga type gentl

e stretches, relaxation, and birth preparation. There is also social time in each session to provide an opportunity to meet other pregnant women.
