I am so lucky to do this as my ‘job,’ I have just finished working with a client using Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) with the aim to create change around their long standing health anxiety.

At the end of the session they said…

“I have had a lot of talking therapy over the years but that only gives you strategies to talk yourself down when you are at the edge of the cliff.

This has made me feel like I don’t ever have the need to be on the cliff in the first place!”

Earlier this week I met a new client who for the last three years had been experiencing abdominal pain especially around ovulation.

Medical tests had come back all clear and the client believed it was linked to her two Caesarian scars.

This morning I received this message after just one session!
